We are of course seeking new members. I prefer those without delve clears and without the ability to get those clears. I'm tired of not getting invites due to my job choices, and those are the people I want to help as well. The wider the variety of jobs you have the better obviously, but my only real requirement is that you are willing to learn (and fail!) with us all and be as dedicated to improving your character as you can be. Ochain/Aegis PLD would be a +++ though! ;D
